He specializes in Multiple Site Selection and has secured locations across Middle Georgia for national brands like O’Reilly’s Auto Parts, Bojangles Fried Chicken, and Rite Aid Pharmacy.
Patty has been working with Commercial and Residential Investment Properties, Building Materials, and Industrial Chemicals for over 30 years. While in Commercial Real Estate, she has in both REO commercial sales and the leasing of various properties alongside her business partner, Trip. In addition to working in Investment Property transactions and Multiple Site Selections with many prominent clients, she has also been a key broker in negotiations with restaurants like Outback Steakhouse, Mellow Mushroom, Zaxby’s, and Dunkin Donuts.
